李红卫
厦门大学公共卫生学院预防医学系副教授,硕士生导师,福建省营养学会副理事长,中国营养学会会员,中国营养学会营养与保健食品分会委员,中国营养学会营养与神经科学分会委员,中华预防医学会公共卫生教育分会委员,福建省预防医学会慢性病防治委员会委员,福建省食品安全促进会专家组成员,厦门市健康保健促进会副会长,厦门市营养师协会副会长,泉州市营养协会顾问专家。广东燕窝行业协会(粤燕协)顾问专家,全国医药物资协会燕窝分会专家,马来西亚燕窝总商会名誉顾问。
研究方向集中于营养与脑发育、传统食材(燕窝)保健功能、膳食因素与慢性非传染性疾病的关系及防控措施的研究。在婴儿脑发育的研究领域,发现唾液酸对脑发育的影响,并不断开展营养与脑发育、神经功能的研究。近年来主持及参与国家自然科学基金项目、福建省自然科学基金项目、政府委托开发项目、企业委托开发项目17项,在国内外核心学术期刊发表研究论文30余篇,参与8部本科规划教材的编写。
